Mega 2560 R3 as the mega word says is a bit bigger board compared to UNO and NANO. Mega 2560 R3 is again an open-source specific microcontroller board processor to the Mega based on the ATmega2560 SMD chip.
NANO V3 is small in size and is a Breadboard Friendly board incorporated with Mini USB Port. Though DC Power Jack is not available in NANO Board.
UNO R3 Board has 32 Kb of Flash Memory and consists of 14 Digital Input / Output pins, 6 Analog Input pins, an Onboard 16 MHz Ceramic Resonator, Port for USB connection, Onboard DC Power Jack, An ICSP header and a micro-controller Reset button.
